Contact form: name, email address, telephone number and a description of the matter — for the purposes of replying to the enquiry and arranging an appointment. Where a retainer is entered into, the processing also extends to the obligations laid down in the Act on the professional activities of attorneys-at-law.

3. Legal basis

The consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

4. Retention period

In the case of an enquiry not followed by a retainer, 6 months; in the case of a retainer, the period prescribed by the attorney’s document retention obligation; in the case of accounting documents, 8 years.
